To create a cargo booking, log in to your dashboard and navigate to the Booking Workspace. Select "New Booking Wizard" or "Quick Booking", fill in client details, package metrics, origin/destination, and click "Submit Bookings". You can then generate the LR document immediately.
Bookings can only be canceled or modified prior to dispatch manifest consolidation. Once the shipment has been added to a Manifest and marked in transit, changes must be processed through system administrative overrides.
Tracking
Every vehicle is mapped to an active GPS device ID. Location coordinates are synced via the API every 30 seconds. If a vehicle goes offline, the system raises an exception alert in the fleet tracker panel.
